No, if you can make it, you can make it in all the languages you speak, because it´s how the brain decodes wrriten text, words as a whole,not letters one by one.

Yes, people do not ordinarily read each letter in a word individually - except in rare conditions after some brain injury...For instance, I know a case of a person who had a stroke, and she realized something goes going wrong because when trying to read messages from her cell phone, she could read the letters separatedly but she couldn´t associate them into words.
