You have to think the defending World Cup champions would merit a few votes, right?

We all have our different reasons for watching a particular match or supporting a specific player, ScottJ...nothing to do with "setting women back"!

It is getting closer and closer.....what a wonderful match yesterday. Die Mannschaft played very well and I liked Portugal, too.

not yet. I am actually sad to see that the Dutch had to go. Even so that we Germans and they are natural football enemies, but they played really well before and I would have loved to meet them in the final.

Now it is going to be a big fight with Turkey to meet Spain or Russia.

I really hope that nobody will start a fight in Germany after the game !!
