    anyone seen this??? Wow, what a speech... at the end of it i nearly cried. that was the longest, most inspiring, and amazing lecture/video I have ever seen...there is nothing better than this...

    Sorry you won't take an hour Exx, it is really worth it. I did cry at the end.
    Try to watch if you have a minute (or an hour). You will enjoy it and maybe learn a few things.
