Thread: American Sniper

Just watched the latest Clint Eastwood movie, American Sniper. I thought it was going to be an U.S.A patriotic flick all the way through but it turned out be an interesting biographic film where it was shown, besides telling the story of Chris Kyle, the cruelty, for both sides, of the war on the middle east. You've got to have a little bit of an strong gut to watch it, still, is highly recommendable.

The film is based on true events, the sniper really existed and was incredibly murdered by a former mission companion. The film is based on his autobiographical book.

Awesome film, I loved it.

Es verdad ... no se que significa y en su momento cuando lo vi me pregunte lo mismo. Alguien sabe????

I have watched this movie more than 3 time and i love this movie.

Not a bad movie, but as for the facts it is a little bit off on things. I served during this time, and matter of factly in the same place and time as he did on two of his tours. I did not meet Chris directly that i recall, but i met his seal team. Worth the watch, but take it at face value. Semper Fortis and Fidelis.
