    Red face Which one?

When you start a job (and you have no instructions) which CAT tool you prefer to use and why?

    Default cat tool

Hi! I always use trados when I get no instructions, as it is very easy to use when you get familiar with it; obviously I ask the client if he just wants the clean file or the unclean copy, but I always work with a CAT tool as it helps me keep consistency.

I also use Trados. You save a lot of time and it can be helpful when you get another translation from the same client or about a similar topic.

    Default Wordfast

    Hi people,

Honestly, if I can make the choice and I've to use a glossary, I prefer Wordfast. It is completely user-friendly instead of Multiterm...

    Regards

    Default Trados and SDLX

If I have to choose between Trados and SDLX, I prefer Trados.

To keep the format in SDLX is very difficult and it certainly takes some precious time from translation.

I don't quite agree with you. I believe that it's a matter of getting accustomed to it.
