    I checked that page some days ago. I am looking for an open source application that allows you to create TBX files.

    Cool TBX STandard

    Guau!

    It looks like the TermBase eXchange format proposed by LISA, TBX Standard, has not gone very far.

    I didn´t found a good tool yet, there were a lot of projects, but i didn´t see any good freeware TBX editor or TBX writer or TBX creator... do you? somebody else?
