Has anybody heard of a new machine translation tool called Okapi? What's your experience with it?

Okapi is not a MT, it is a set of localization tools.

El Vizconde is right, Okapi is a complementary set of tools to a CAT tool as OmegaT. Using Okapi you can pre-translate segments using different machine translation engines as Google Translate or Apertium.

On a side note I remember the old Okapi version made with MS .Net framework used to have an option to split RTF files in multiple documents which was very useful to distribute huge documents among many translators. I could not find an equivalent feature in the Java version of Okapi. Does anybody knows where I can find that feature in Okapi or in another similar tool?
