Thread: Karen fonts

I have a question regarding Karen fonts. Is it true that there are two fonts for Karen in MS Word "normal" and "standard", and that you can't change the fonts of the document. If you need to have the document in the other font you have to retype the entire document?

I guess all languages have many fonts supporting them, but to retype an entire document is a lot of work. What kind of document are we talking about? Does it have images or something?

It is a Word documents with a two column format. There are no images.

Unfortunately, I can't share the file. Have you worked with both Karen fonts in the past? Are they interchangeable like English fonts?

I had two fonts and I try to change the Karen text and it didn't work. It doesn't work like changing from Times New Roman to Arial an English text for example.
I was told that even the keyboard has a different layout.
