One thing you can do is in the Privacy settings of your PC is to turn off the background processes and activities.

Just click the Start button -> click the gear icon for configurations -> go to Privacy Button -> Scroll down on the side bar till you see Background processes or activities.

It should display a lot of things, and sometimes on top, the option to disable them all.

Very recommended.

Will you lose anything? = NO

Are these privacy settings necessary? = NO

Why are they on? = NO ... (idea)

Try it out and tell us if this works for you.

This is very important to most translators because you do need all the power you can get to the other CAT tools.
