    Regarding the more specific statistical terminology associated with clinical trials, I recommend you to surf the web using just a few words for more complex, multiple-word terms. My experience lies on the ENG<>SP combination, and quite often you will be able to find the term in the target language associated with the source one written between brackets (e.g. Estudios de cohortes). Always check the academic/technical level of the site you are surfing. ;-)
