training for translators

Hello! I was wondering if anyone of you know something about someone or any organization who can provide a training, or who give some guidance since I would be interested to get more practice on translation. I am a sworn translator and I am willing to be trained by someone with more experience regarding to our translation activities. Currently, I am doing more tecnical translation since I am working in a power plant. However, I really would like to practice a bit more.
