After trying almost every Spanish resource site out there, I have to say that spanishdict.com is the most comprehensive. They've got Spanish-English translation, and lots of great lesson material.

Don't know about just one or two words translation but I tried the translator for a sentence and the result was very funny. It was Tarzan-like talking.
