What does it mean?

"ouve lá, ó meu piroso, quem pensas que és para me banir da sala??"

Also, is it written in an offensive way? Or s e xual?

It means :

Hey you, (piroso refers to someone vulgar or coarse - sorry, but I dont know a word in English to say that, I m a spanish speaker and some kind of slang would fit there). Who do you think you are to ban me from the room?'

The correct translation would be: "listen, you kitsch, who do you think you are to throw me out of the room??"

'Piroso' is offensive. Is a slang to tell that something or someone has bad quality or isn't popular. That's why I translated it as 'kitsch' which I think is the word that could fit in English.
