I would say: jovem, talentoso e português demais Is this about Cristiano Ronaldo? :-)

Ok "Jovem" is a better then "Novo" but it depends on the context.

But Portuguese don't say or write "português demais" in any context.

"Jovem, talentoso e demasiado português" if it's about a person
