    Default some business terms

I have 3 business terms to translate. Can someone tell me the best way to say these terms in English?
    Consorcio
    Consejero
    Cierre
    Thanks!

    Exclamation

Consorcio could be translated as Board of Administrators (in a building).
Please, give more context for the other terms.

Consorcio: agree with Hebe: Joint Venture is the best term. You could also use partnership, association
    Consejero: counsellor
Cierre: close "at the close of the day" al cierre del día...
    hope it helps...

    Default some business terms

The literal translation for consorcio is consortium and it is used often in business documents. Means joint venture, partnership, association, etc.
    Counselor for the second
Closing for the third as in "closing on a deal" as in for real estate or a loan as two examples.
