ésta entregó a mi representada

Este es mi pregunta en la siguiente oración quisiera saber si el pronombre en inglés para reemplazar "ésta" puede ser "she" aunque la demandada sea una empresa y no una persona.
en el que se evaluaron distintos aspectos contables de la demandada con base en los estados financieros que ésta entregó a mi representada.

I agree with Clara...this needs more context; however, if ésta refers to a business it would be "it" (or "this", maybe) but "she" would be inappropriate for a business. The pronoun "she" is used only for animal or human beings (with certain exceptions, such as ships or hurricanes...or in colloquialisms such as "That's a nice car"..."Yeah. she's a beauty".
