    Hey There

First of all, please: rompido does not exist in spanish. Roto is the correct word.
About the line you want to translate, try posting some context, maybe someone can help. For what im seeing, there must be some mistake somewhere, cause it doesnt make much sense.

The last sentence needs a verb, and I'm guessing that it's the Notary Public's certification, but I've tried to keep it neutral.
