We do not complete translations per se in open forum. We're here to help each other by exchanging ideas and opinions and we assist when someone has a problem. Normally we ask that you attempt to translate your document and we will help you correct it.

"secion" appears to be a mis-spelling. Should be "seccion" or more likely "cesion" (from "ceder", give, grant).

I am not a legal translator but I read it to mean:


"not including the assets that are solely part of (or contained in) the rights assignment (or assignment of rights) from XX"

I suggest you wait for one of our legal specialists to review this.
