How would you translate "Proemio"?
Are you sure of the spelling? Could it be "Premio"?
Premio = prize, jackpot, reward, premium

Hi Vicente, thanks for posting
No it's definitely PROEMIO
The closest I could find was "PREAMBLE"
OK. It means "proem" which in turn means "preface or introduction"
vicente
Jworley, it certainly means the beginning or opening of something like text, song, play, etc...prolog, introduction, preface, prelude, preamble
You might have the correct word in "preamble" depending on the context (as denielad says).
vicente
Hi
la palabra existe también en inglés: proem:initial statement, opening remark; introduction, preamble; preface, foreword
