    Hi! This time I need your help to translate this term into English: Derecho de llave (context:lease agreement). I came up with "Goodwill". What do you think?

    "goodwill" sounds fine, although it could also mean "lease premium" or "compensation for goodwill" depending on the context. hope that helps!

    Sí, son sinónimos.

    Y lo traduciría como goodwill. Es lo más parecido.
