    Me quedé con estos:

    Case Hearing
    Filed on pages 42/43
    Aggravated Murder with Malicious Intent

    y para segudo/seguda al: creo que es "against"
    Example: Case Hearing number xxxx filed on pages 42/43 against John Smith on Aggravated Murder with Malicious Intent.

    How does it look?

    Nooo my bad! Ahora que lo veo, vi que tengo un typo ahí.
    Quise decir: Seguido o seguida

    I often see it in this pattern "seguido a" + the accused.
