Someone that can shed som light on me?
Vista de Causa
glosado a fs. 42/43
Vista de Causa glosado a fs. 42/43 means that there is a summary or explanation of the cause (case) located at/in fs 42/43. I'm not sure what fs means, perhaps folio
Homicidio Agravado = Aggravated Homicide (Murder) and Alevosia=Premeditation and/or malice aforethought.
I think this means Premeditated Murder; Aggravated Murder with Malicious Intent; or 1st Degree Murder
In the US each state has its own criminal code and the statute (crime) might be worded differently depending on the state.
Here is a website that might help: https://www.linguee.com/spanish-engl...ci%C3%B3n.html

I don't know what this means exactly: "Cause ***** followed by (sby???)"

This appears to be an explanation of how to find the details of this crime.

I found it as case # *** "seguida al" sby (name of acused).
Sometimes i really think these legal texts are harder than Chinese....
