I suggest: (leaseholder is correct also but if using "lessor" then "lessee" often follows.)

"The lessor" agrees (or is bound) to provide, and the "lessee" accepts, its professional services in the area of marketing, market research, commercial consultancy, for the assesment of "the lessee's" customers.

Thank you!!! I had seen it like lessee in a dictionary but was not sure which one was more approriate.

As far as I'm aware, "asesoramiento" is not "assessment" but rather "giving legal/professional advice". "Evaluacion" is "assessment".
