2.1 "The lessor" binds itself to provide the "leaseholder" and this one accepts, its professional services in the area of marketing, market research, commercial consultancy, for the assesment of "the leasholder's" customers.

Thank you!!! I had seen it like lessee in a dictionary but was not sure which one was more approriate.

2.1 The lessor undertakes to provide the lessee with, and the latter accepts, their professional services in the areas of marketing, market research, and commercial consultancy for the purposes of offering professional advice to the lessee's clients.

As far as I'm aware, "asesoramiento" is not "assessment" but rather "giving legal/professional advice". "Evaluacion" is "assessment".
