    Question can you pls correct?

    “La Arrendataria” se obliga frente a “La Arrendadora” a:-------

    "The lessee" is bound by "The Lessor" to: ----

    I would say: "With respect to (the) Lessor, (the) Lessee binds itself (assuming it is a company):"

    Then I would include the list of obligations. E.g. "(i) not to assign... ; (ii) not to change the use...; (iii) to deliver the Premises..."
