12. The non-compliance of any of the obligations by any of the Parties, will entitle the other party to unilaterally terminate the contract by the only act of communicating the Party out of compliance by telegram, or any other authentic means, notwithstanding of the right to claim for loss and damage which the breach of contract may have caused.
12.1. El incumplimiento a cualquiera de las obligaciones pactadas, dará derecho a la parte cumplidora a dar por rescindido unilateralmente el presente contrato, bastando para ello, la sola comunicación que por telegrama colacionado o cualquier medio auténtico le efectúe de tal circunstancia a la parte incumplidora; sin perjuicio de reclamar además los daños y perjuicios que el incumplimiento le hubiera ocasionado.----------------------------------------
