    Default Tracto Abreviado

¿How do you say "Tracto abreviado" (Real State) in English?

I'm not sure, but I think it would be a fast track purchase.

    Hi Falks !!
I have seen the term "tracto sucesivo" translated as "Successive chain of title"
But in reference to the sale of a real estate I have seen the term "short process sale"

    Hope it helps

Truly, my dear young friends, you are a chosen generation. I hope you will never forget it.
