    Ø Documentación de respaldo de existencia legal de la compañía: Legal certification of company status.
    Ø Escritura de constitución: articles of incorporation
    Ø Copias de documentos de identificación: Copy of Identification document / Identity Card
    Ø Estatutos vigentes: Current company bylaws
    Ø Certificado que designa al representante legal: Power of Attorney /Representation Power Certificate
    Ø Listado de accionistas que superen el 6% de participación accionaria: List of shareholders evidencing over 6% stake (or 6% shareholding)
