Es de anotar que el contrato descrito estipula en su punto siete lo relativo al acceso del predio antes descrito el cual se cubre cabalmente toda vez que del conocimiento físico del predio objeto del contrato de compraventa a que nos referimos directamente colinda con terracería plenamente identificada en los planos del núcleo ejidal Coronel Esteban Cantú que se encuentran debidamente registrados en la oficina del CATASTRO del Registro Agrario Nacional. En base a lo anterior es de confirmar lo asentado comprometiéndonos a respetar los accesos descritos conforme al plano señalado.
