    Default Consorcio de co-propietarios

    Hi there!
Do you know how to say "Consorcio de co-propietarios" in English? And what about "propiedad horizontal"?

    Thanks!

    Wink

Propiedad Horizontal could be translated as Condominium (an apartment building in which each apartment is owned separately by the people living in it, but also containing shared areas).

A condo is informally used to refer to an apartment in a condominium.

What do you think about "Building Management" as a translation for the term "consorcio de co-propietarios"?

    Thanks!

Hi Nadia, I would also suggest the term "Condominium Board"

    All best
