Hello hannabeyjoun1,
I am not a legal translator so I suggest that you wait for one of our members who does legal translations to give you the correct answer.
In the meantime, since you have made an "urgent" request maybe this will put you on the right track: casación is the repealing of a law or reversal of a judicial sentence and sala can mean a court...so this could be something like "civil court of appeals".

casacion es apelacion, pero al menos en Argentina se usa para apelaciones a la Corte Suprema... en todo caso, la traduccion seria: Civil Appellate Court
