Hi TopNotch. Depending on the context "surety bond" might be an option

    Hope it helps

    I've heard trust bond!
Realmente, el destino del mundo depende, en primer lugar, de los estadistas y, en segundo lugar, de los intérpretes.

This option seems quite appropriate if we are referring to a “garantía fiduciaria”. In any case, since it is not clear to me the kind of “garantía” we are talking about, I invite you to take a look at the definitions contained in the Web page attached below, to see if such definitions fit what we are looking for

    Good Luck

Hello, not sure of exact context you are working to but how about "Confidentiality Agreement". That is a contract signed normally between customer and supplier when they are sharing commercially confidential information with each other in order to do business but when they don't want that information to get into the wrong hands/be released into the public domain. eg strategic or business performance information for example.

    NB: this is UK-speak though

The agreement you describe is called the same in the USA.
