Hello, not sure of exact context you are working to but how about "Confidentiality Agreement". That is a contract signed normally between customer and supplier when they are sharing commercially confidential information with each other in order to do business but when they don't want that information to get into the wrong hands/be released into the public domain. eg strategic or business performance information for example.Originally Posted by TopNotch
