Great article Chris.r! I totally get why you wrote it. I am in sales and everytime I ask a client which flavor does he want, they have no idea what I mean by that.

Jajaja, of course, flavor??? Of ice-cream?? I think it's the job of the translator or sales rep to instruct the client, explain the process. Most of the times, people confuse Translation with Interpretation, for example.
Some of my relatives still don't get what I do, so they end up saying I teach English... jajaja!!!
