Default Translating "Black Friday" into Spanish

Do Spanish-dominant Latinos in the U.S. use a Spanish term for "Black Friday" -- the sales day after Thanksgiving? If so -- would it be "Viernes Negro" or "El Buen Fin"?

Hmm... I would say they use "Black Friday" too. In fact, it's common to hear "Black Friday" in Spanish speaking countries. Never heard "El buen fin".

Thank you. I wasn't sure if the English term was commonly used by Spanish speakers or not.

Oh yes! there are plenty on algo-saxonisms among Spanish speakers. You can even find in some countries the word SALE or XX% OFF!

Also, in some countries, the words "negro" or "ciber" (if it is online) can be used together with the name of the day to announce a day of "supersales".

Here, you will find the recommendations made by the Fundación del Español Urgente: «viernes negro» y ciberlunes, escritura recomendada | Fundéu BBVA

    Hope it helps!

Well, sure it's much more accurate to say "viernes de descuentos", but the most used term is "Black Friday" (specially amongst Spanish speakers in the U.S.)
