There was a sign on a building in Madrid that read the following.
Can someone please help translate it?
Thanks!

Hey amayo, how are you doing??
First of all, what you write could be misundestood, because you divided wrongly the paragraphs.
Lets see. You write:
What is actually wrong in there, is the final dot before "de 1569.".
That dot is telling that the sentence is over, but it is not, it continues with "El Convento de..."
So, here is how it should look like.
An the translation might be something like
In May of 1569 Santa Teresa established the Convento de Carmelitas Descalzas de San Jose in this houses, but later in 1570 it was moved.
Thats how I suppose it should be, if a translator reads it maybe it´ll do some corrections.
