    Hola! Hay alguna forma de traducir «sobremesa» o hay que refrasearlo?

    Hola Max. Supongo que no se refiere a postre (dessert) ni mantel (tablecloth) sino la hora despues de comer o cenar. We call it "after-dinner conversation" or "table-talk".

    Si se refiere a las horas de la tarde para la programción de la tely seria algo como "afternoon time-slot"

    Justamente hace un tiempo leí una nota en el diario sobre las palabras que no tenían traducción a los otros idiomas, y "sobremesa" era una de ellas.

    I would say sobremesa would be called after dinner banter. However, we do not have an exact word for that in English.
