I recommend you Babylon, you can download it for free in their website.

I second Babylon. I've used it a lot and it works very well. However, keep in mind that no software is going to be perfect. I'm very good with my spanish but sometimes need help (for speed) with large blocks of text. Babylon helps tremendously with this.

Es español de Latinoamérica tiene demasiados regionalismos como para que un programa pueda tener todas las opciones y se mantenga al día. / Latin American Spanish has too much localism as for a software to have all the options and remain up-to-date.
