what does gaigo mean? Like if you say...gaigo o no

I'm a spanish speaker and I've never seen that word before. Could you give us some more context?

nooo...i read it in a text and thats all it said. the first text was :con migo and the second text said: gaigo or no ...and the third text was: da mi tiempo and the fourth text was: no para nada.

I am learning Spanish and Portuguese and have a Colombian boyfriend. some words his friends and family use in emails i do not understand and would appreciate if you could help with any of the translations to english?
