Spanish to English Legal forum heading erroneous

The heading for this forum states it "discusses how to translate documents drafted according to the common law and equity systems of Anglo-Saxon countries into their equivalent for countries governed by the civil law system." It should be the other way around, isn't it? (I am confused after double-checking which forum I needed because I got no reply to my post of 2 weeks ago.)
