    Lightbulb Pricing Segment

I think that many people would benefit from some information given, in reference to pricing, how to quote a customer, hourly and per word. Most of the websites I visited to compare pricing, do not display any of that and it would be very helpful to those who are starting this new path and would like to rate their work. A good idea would be to specify rates according to location, of course the rates will not be the same if you live in Texas, Argentina, Brasil, Florida, etc. I think that this info would help a lot!!!!!!

    Thanks for your inputs.

    Good idea Eve!

Let me add a first tip: quotes not depend on the location of the translator, but the location of the client. No matter the country you are, the price must be established according to the client's purchase power. If you want to offer a little discount to offer a plus, it's a good option, but please, if a direct client normally pays 0.20 $USD per source word, don't offer 0.01 $USD!
