Thread: Help needed to log in, I am exxcéntrica

Hi everybody, I had to register again as there is no way to log in or that a mail is sent to my old email account to log in again with my username.

My username is exxcéntrica. I have been participating regularly again these last days and suddenly this happened.

I couldn't write a PM to Vicente, for example, who I know personally, but that didn't seem to be possible either.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong

Hi Vicente. I tried everything already. My password failed, so I requested a new password, but suddenly my mail and username is not recognized by the system.

I also tried to send Diego a letter, that wasn't successful either, he hasn't answered yet.

I hope you can help and I can get back in with my old name, after all I have moderator functions, and I don't want to lose them. I also have a lot of posts...anyway, I hope you can get in touch with somebody.
