Which is the purpose and who can change your reputation?
Everybody could give negative or positive reputation to everybody.
The value of the reputation that you give depends of the value of your reputation.
The value of the reputation that you receive depends from the value of the reputation from the person that is giving you that.
The purpose, is that the community generate more respected members by itself.

A a very nice and rewarding mechanism indeed, which I haven’t seen in other forums. It’s a way to keep in mind that money isn’t everything in life; and there is always a lot of satisfaction in helping others.

By the way, ther is an option that the message that you send when give reputation appear on the screen, but we are looking for the plugin to add it. I saw it on other fourms and it is nice.
