El mes que viene me voy a USA a buscar trabajo pero tengo algunos problemas de vocabulario para redactar en inglés y quisiera saber si ustedes pueden ayudarme con las siguiente oración. Gracias.

Como les comenté en el anterior correo me gustaría mucho poder desarrollar mi trabajo en la elaboración de productos que faciliten la labor de otros departamentos de la empresa así como de entes ajenos pero estoy abierto a nuevas sugerencias que ustedes quieran realizar.

Mi intento

As I explained in the previous mail I am really interested in developing my job in the production of products that facilitate the work of other departments of the company as well as of foreign entities but I am opened to new suggestions that you want to realize

Sorry... I don't like the " production of products " part... :-)

May I suggest something like this?

As I explained in my previous mail, I would like to work in the making of products that will ease (or facilitate) the work of other departments of the company as well as outside entities. However, I am open to (new?) suggestions you may wish to make.

I agree with CaliforniaMan on production of products and on "new" suggestion. It does not collocate with this adjective.
