Slang is very confusing sometimes. It's even more difficult to to understand the meaning without the right punctuation, like in the sentence below. How would you translate it?

This is the sentence in Spanish with the correct puntuation (in case you want to know)

Dime de Rosi, ¿Cómo está? ¿Y qué tal de novios? ¿Tu hermana? ¿Tiene como cuatro? (Does she mean boyfriends or children here?)

I'd vote for Exx's version. I don't think the last sentence refers to any kids whatsoever. This would be my version in Spanish:

Dime de Rosi, ¿cómo está? ¿Y tú, qué tal de novios? Tu hermana tiene como cuatro [novios] (that is to say, "your sister has about four [boyfriends]").
