I am trying to translate the following

Formadores is in italics in the original text.

Los formadores de la compañía de cada local contratarán a los actores siguiendo ellos mismos un estricto orden de prelación.

Could you explain a little if formadores is related to people who put together the exterprise, or people who organizes a staff (being compañía the collective noun for the staff), or is a specific occupation in this type of activity they do?

IN each case, the term would be different:
For case 1, los formadores de la compañia would be: The company founders
For case 2, los formadores de la compañía would be: The organizers of the staff/troop/troupe
For case 3, los formadores de la compañía would be: The company instructors/guides/mentors

I think that Laurinha is right... I believe they are refering to those who train people, not the ones that founded the company, since in this case I think that the sentence in spanish would say "fundadores". "Formador" refers to a trainer or instructor...
