I have received a request to help smb with this translation but I can't do it on my own, at least not as fast or as well as he needs it since it is important for him and he will see the doc in an hour. I appreciate any assistance on his behalf and I will do something myself but it's too technical for my knowledge!

Microscopicamente se observa una meoplasia maligna de estirpe epitelial constituida por papilas, con tallo fibrovascular, con moderados vasos sanguineos congestivos, presencia de infiltrado infamatorio a base de linfocitos, con un revestimiento epitelial a base de 8-10 capas de celulas transicionales, con mdoerado pleomorfismo nuclear, de celulas de citoplasma amplio, bien delimitado, nucleo pleomorfico, con cromatina finamente granular.
Conclusion diagnostico

Tejido vesical de 1 c.c. qu presenta:
Un carcinoma papilar de celulas transicionales grado II de ash
No se observan fibras musculares para valoracion de infiltracion neoplasica.

I will start with the diagnosis in case you don't get responses in time before doc appt. Hopefully, somebody else will come to the rescue and help us here. There is a grado II de ash (ash meaning? maybe smth missing here?)
Conclusion/diagnosis
Vesicle Tissue of 1 CC that presents a papillary carcinoma of transitional cells, degree II of ash?
No muscular fibers are observed to evaluate a neoplastic infiltration.

oh, good. I think I made a too literal translation but I was soo desperate to help this person. I hope she can understand, at least.

It is very sad and that's why I rushed soo much to make my translation before she went to see the doc. She has to go back for another appt, so your summary will be of great help, I'm sure. She knew already though, so don't feel bad about being the news breaker. I guess she knew even before asking for help to translate it.
